Cloud Nine has recalled a hair dryer because of a potential safety issue.
The Cloud Nine travel hair dryer with model number XDM-3600 is being recalled as a precaution after the identification of a potential safety issue which may cause the product to overheat during use.
The product was offered as a free promotional gift with a purchase on the Cloud Nine online store from August 1 to December 31 last year.
People in possession of the hair dryer are advised to stop using the product and dispose of it sustainably.
Those who would prefer Cloud Nine to sustainably dispose of the travel hair dryer on their behalf are asked to contact the company for further instructions.

Cloud Nine says it has emailed affected customers offering an $180 Cloud Nine voucher, which can be used when buying any alternative hairdryer in the Cloud Nine range.
