Surprise Kiwis at Taylor Swift's star-studded wedding
Kiwi producer and songwriter Joel Little and his wife Gemma were in attendance at Taylor Swift’s wedding extravaganza last week.
The Love Story singer, 36, tied the knot to NFL tight end Travis Kelce, 36, at Madison Square Garden in New York City on July 3.
The highly secretive ceremony had a star-studded guest list, including Emma Stone, Ed Sheeran, Tom Hanks and Karlie Kloss.
Kiwis Gemma and Joel Little jetted over to the Big Apple for the soiree.
Joel looked dapper in a black tuxedo and bow tie, while Gemma cut a classy figure in a black dress with an asymmetrical neckline paired with a beaded black bag.
“Fun night last night,” Joel captioned the image.
Joel has known Swift since the pair worked together on her 2019 multi-platinum album Lover.
‘A beautiful night celebrating you’
The wedding spectacle was a heavily guarded secret with fans speculating until “JUST&T MARRIED!” appeared on billboards outside the arena.
About 1000 guests reportedly filled the stadium, which had been transformed for the event.
The arena was draped in peach material, hiding the “garden within the Garden” from peering eyes.
Details of the wedding have been scarce but guests have begun sharing hints of what they experienced.
Actor Jessica Alba posted a selfie from the night before with the caption: “We love love 🥰💒🫶🏽 Congrats to T&T – such a beautiful night celebrating you”.
Director Joseph Kahn described the wedding as “much funnier and emotional than expected”.
Country singer Kelsea Bellerini said it was the “most beautiful wedding”.
Dancers from the Eras Tour were also in attendance, with Raphael Thomas posting a picture with the caption: “Love Wins”.
According to the Daily Mail, superstars Stevie Nicks and Sir Paul McCartney performed at the reception.
The bride and groom both wore Christian Dior, the singer paired her gown with Christian Louboutin shoes and Cartier diamonds.
While she did not have any bridesmaids, her younger brother, Austin Swift, served as “Man of Honour”.
Kelce’s brother, NFL star Jason Kelce, served as his best man.
Comedian Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony.
