Lotto Powerball has jackpotted to $28 million following last night’s draw that saw no major winners - however 24 people have woken up $16,396 richer, after splitting the second division prize.

Two of those players, from Auckland, also won Powerball second division, taking their total winnings to $30,183.

The numbers were: 10, 21, 22, 26, 37, 40; with bonus ball 15 and Powerball 6.

The winning second division tickets were sold at Four Square Coopers Beach (Northland), Whitcoulls Albany Mall, Paper Plus Ponsonby (Auckland), Woolworths Pukekohe, Whanga Books (Whangamatā), New World Waihī, New World Morrinsville, Fresh Choice Borman Road (Hamilton), Bayfair Lotto (Mount Maunganui), New World Ōpōtiki, Ohakune Post and Lotto, Woolworths Hāwera, Four Square Ashhurst Village (Palmerston North), Trentham Mini Mart (Upper Hutt), Milton Street Store (Nelson), Fresh Choice Parklands (Christchurch) and Village Post (Temuka).

There were also MyLotto winners in Auckland, Kawerau, Canterbury, Timaru and Dunedin.

Powerball, Lotto First Division and Strike all went unclaimed last night, meaning an increase in the prize pool for next Wednesday’s draw.

Powerball will be $28m, Lotto first division will be $1m and Strike Four will be $400,000 on Wednesday.
