'Should not be approached': Police seek help to find 'dangerous' wanted man
Police have warned anyone “aiding or harbouring” a wanted 30-year-old man that they are committing an offence and could face prison time.
Rogan Hare-Huru is wanted for arrest for firearms offending and is actively avoiding police.
Police said Hare-Huru, who is known to have connections across Auckland and Northland, is “considered dangerous and should not be approached”.
“Police believe there are people in the community who are assisting Hare-Huru and hold information on his whereabouts,” police said.
“We remind these associates that anyone aiding or harbouring him is committing an offence, punishable by imprisonment.”
Police have appealed to the public for any information that may assist in locating the man to contact 105, using the reference number 260427/2719.
