Two people were taken to hospital after a crash at a busy Whangārei intersection this morning.
Emergency services were called at 10.21am to the Otaika Rd and Western Hills Drive intersection.
A police spokesperson said three vehicles were involved, and the road was blocked for a short time.

“Three people suffered minor injuries, with two being taken to hospital as a precaution.”
A reporter at the scene said road workers from Fulton Hogan were helping pick up debris.
