The Government's bracing itself for fuel pipeline disruptions down the track.

As of Wednesday, the country had seven weeks of petrol reserves, and more than six weeks of diesel and jet fuel. 

Finance Minister Nicola Willis says they'll announce details of cost relief measures for low-to-middle income households tomorrow.
