Winston Peters is accusing National of discriminating against Indian citizens in the Indian free trade deal - a shocking about-turn from earlier criticism.
The NZ First leader previously claimed the deal would lead to open-slather immigration.
But he now says National's abruptly changed course by tightening immigration settings against Indian citizens.
