An update from Tauranga's Mayor, who says Mount Maunganui won't reopen for a while yet.
Six people died when the holiday park at the foot of Mauao in January was swamped by a landslide.
It's been closed to the public since.
Mahé Drysdale says it's tough on businesses, and they're trying to return to some normalcy.
He told Kerre Woodham two summit tracks are closer to ready, but the main slip keeps getting worse despite a lack of normal triggers, which makes health and safety hard to predict.
