"We know it's a tough market": Warner Bros. Discovery confident as HBO Max hits NZ market

Another streaming service has entered the New Zealand market.
HBO Max has officially launched, with plans starting from $10.99 a month.
The site features recent blockbusters like Wuthering Heights and well-known franchises Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings.
Warner Brothers Discovery Managing Director Michael Brooks told Mike Hosking they're feeling confident despite the cost-of-living crisis.
He says before coming in they assessed the market very closely and are confident based on the huge impact they've made in Australia.
