The armed militant group says the proposal is tantamount to surrender as Israeli strikes continue in southern Lebanon.
The comments come after Israel and Lebanon announced a renewal of their fragile deal.

He says any two-way agreement that doesn't include the powerful third party isn't worth the paper it's printed on.
