The ever-expanding Manuka Phuel Synthony Festival is officially returning in March next year.
The first performers have been announced, and on performing alongside the likes of Paul Okenfold and Ladyhawke is New Zealandâs own L.A.B.
Theyâve gone from strength to strength since their conception a decade ago and show no signs of slowing down â continuing to punch out hit after hit.
Frontman Joel Shadbolt told Jack Tame theyâd been approached to play at Synthony before, and they finally agreeed.
âItâs one of those gigs that, yeah, like you said, itâs just massive, yâknow, and the production and the crowd and every year it just seems to get bigger and bigger,â he said.
âItâs one of the biggest stages that we would have played on.â
