Tauihi Basketball Aotearoa is underway, the Tauranga Whai opening the tournament with a 81-60 victory over the Northern Kahu last night.
The Tokomanawa Queens are kicking off their own campaign tomorrow afternoon, taking on the Kahu at Te Rauparaha Arena in Porirua.
Coach Tania Tapu joined D'Arcy to preview the tournament.
