Winston Peters addresses Foreign Minister speculation
Winston Peters says he still wants to be the Foreign Minister if he's a part of any future Government.

Peters says he hasn't always taken the best care of his body.
He says he enjoys the occasional whisky but is more disciplined in other aspects of life - like having a healthy diet, which helps you live longer, and be happier.
