As we get older, our bodies slow down - it starts to take longer to get back to 100 percent, when recovering from the gym or a sports-match.
But longer periods of rest-days can compound, and lead to our fitness goals slipping out of reach. So how do we prevent that?
Do we shift our routines to something less-intense, and lower-impact, to get more days in the gym? Or readjust our workout-splits?
