Health officials are warning a heatwave across Europe is a danger to life as temperatures soar above 40 degrees Celsius.

Two children —aged two and four— have been found dead in a sweltering car in France.

France Correspondent Catherine Field told Mike Hosking the temperature is not going down.

She says they say it will get worse, and they could even see the highest temperature on record for France.
