Les Mills has invested $1 million into Wellington, opening it's dedicated contrast therapy space in it's Taranaki St club.
Members, and day pass holders can access a new recovery space which includes upgraded dry saunas and cold plunge pools.
After a series of issues around the Taranaki St club, like the $2.3 million toilet construction causing havoc around the area, the club is having upgrades of it's own.
Les Mills CEO Brett Sutton joins Nick Mills on the show to share why they've chosen to invest in Wellington.
