Alongside a bunch of stars that include Geordie Beamish, Sam Ruthe and Sam Tanner, is a familiar name. Theo Quax, son of legendary middle distance runner Dick Quax, will debut in the 5km road race. He joins the podcast to discuss what it means to represent his country and follow in the legendary footsteps of his old man.
