Police seek man after motorbike, police car crash
Police have released a photo of a person they want to speak to about a crash between a motorbike and police vehicle in Rotorua.
The crash on Malfroy Rd, near Miro St, was about 2.40pm last Tuesday.
No injuries were reported. Police said the motorcyclist left the scene.
Police told the Rotorua Daily Post the patrol vehicle was not pursuing the motorbike at the time.
Bay of Plenty Police posted the photo of a dark-haired man with facial hair on Facebook this afternoon.
He appeared to be wearing black designer sunglasses and a dark-coloured The North Face top.

Police believe the man “could assist our investigation” and are also seeking witnesses.
