"Time to change it up": Motorsport park owner proposes one day event after Supercars double header's success

The owner of Taupo's motorsport park wants to see how the Supercars event would go over one singular day rather than three.
Its first double header weekend was a major success, generating more than $21 million in visitor spend and attracting 95 thousand petrol heads across Taupo, and Christchurch the weekend after.
Taupo International Motorsport Park owner Tony Quinn told Mike Hosking one day events are the best thing to happen to cricket.
He says motorsport is sometimes doing itself an injustice being over multiple days.
