Barry Soper: Luxon on the defence over military aircraft use

The Prime Minister says a late night meeting was why he recently used a military aircraft, but it's now been revealed it was a National Party fundraiser dinner.
That was a flight in July, when Chris Luxon flew from Whanganui.
He initially said he had a late night meeting, now his office says former National MP Bill Birch's funeral required a last-minute travel change.
