New service dog ID cards prompt concerns from advocates

There's a suggestion new cards accrediting service dogs will address a non-existent problem.
A new nationally consistent card will be rolled out in coming months, to make sure disabled people aren't stopped for having the dogs with them.
It states denying access is against the law - and has a link for further information.
Independent disability advocate Jane Carrigan says it's a bit over the top.
